二氧化氯喷雾消毒对藻酸盐印模模型精度的影响

摘　　要：目的了解二氧化氯溶液喷雾消毒对藻酸盐印模模型精度的影响。方法用59mm×16mm×16mm标准试件制取印模。实验分为3个消毒处理组,分别处以2%戊二醛浸泡消毒20min,1%84消毒液浸泡消毒20min,550mg/L二氧化氯喷雾消毒后放入100%密闭容器中20min,不处理组作为对照组。采用三坐标测量机分析消毒处理后的印模灌制出模型的尺寸改变,精确度可达0.001mm。实验结果用SPSS11.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果2%戊二醛和1%84消毒液浸泡20min后,与对照组相比在水平向、垂直向尺寸变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与二氧化氯喷涂消毒处理相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3种消毒方法处理印模20min均不影响修复体制作的精度,但二氧化氯溶液喷雾消毒对藻酸盐印模模型精度的影响比2%戊二醛和1%84消毒液均小,更适用于临床。Objective To study the impact of chlorine dioxide disinfectant spray on the dimensional precision of alginate impressions. Methods Impressions made of irreversible hydrocolloid material after a master model （59 mm×16 mm×16 mm） were divided into 3 treatment groups and one control group. The samples in treatment groups were disinfected by soaking them for 20 minutes in 2% glutaraldehyde, or in 1% sodium hypochlorite, or by 20-minute storage in a close unit after 550 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfectant spray, respectively. A 3D coordinate measuring machine was used to measure the three-dimensions of plaster castings of these treated impressions at 0.001mm precision. Data obtained were compared among the groups using statistical software package （SPSS 11.0）. Results Dimensional evaluation of the casts showed significant differences （P〈0.05） in both horizontal and vertical linear sizes of the 2% glutaraldehyde group and 1% sodium hypochlorite group as compared with the controls. Spray of chlorine dioxide did not appear to cause a dimensional change （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Impact on impression dimensions posed by 20 minutes of soaking in 2% glutaraldehyde or 1% sodium hypochlorite, or chlorine dioxide spray was not shown to compromise the accuracy of prostheses. However, 550mg/L chlorine dioxide spray produced modest impact on model precision compared with the other two disinfecting options, and is therefore more favorable for clinical use.
