代谢综合征、胰岛素抵抗与非酒精性脂肪肝关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨代谢综合征（MS）、胰岛素抵抗（IR）与非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）之间的关系。方法 将150例MS患者分为NAFLD组和无NAFLD组，对体重指数（BMI）、甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、空腹血（FBG）、餐后2小时血糖（2hBG）、空腹胰岛素（FINS）、餐后2小时胰岛素（2hINs）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）及胰岛素抵抗指数（IRI）进行对照并分别与正常对照组比较。结果 MS并NAFLD组与无NAFLD组相比较，TG、LDL、FINS、2hINS、ISI有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论 MS并NAFLD患者存在明显脂代谢紊乱及IR，提示IR在MS与NAFLD之间的发生和发展起着重要的作用．Objective To Study of relationship between insulin resistance and NonAlcoholic fatty liver in patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Methods 150 patients with metabolic syndrome are divided into the NAFLD group and non-NAFLD group , mass index （BMI） ,triglycende （TG）,total olesterol （TC）,high density lipoprotein （HDL） ,Low density lipoprotein （LDL） ,Fastingblood sugar （FBG） ,after meal 2 blood sugar （2 hBG） ,fasting blood insulin （FINS） after meal 2 insulin （2 hINS） ,sugar Oxidize the hemoglobin （HbAlc） and insulin resistive index number （IRI） are detected and conpareed with control group. Results NAFLD group in metabolic syndrome compare with no NAFLD groupTG, LDL ,FINS ,2 hINSs ,ISis have to show the Obivous difference （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Compared with nonNAFLD group in metabolic syndrome present the obvious blood lipid metabolic disorder and insulin resistance ,and there is a hint that the IR in the MS and NAFLD of function of occurrcence and developing rising importance.
