井冈山时期党的干部教育的经验及其现实意义

摘　　要：井冈山时期毛泽东和边界党十分重视党的干部的教育,提出了一整套关于干部队伍建设的理论并在实践中加以贯彻。今天再重温这一时期干部教育的理论和实践对深刻领会和认真落实“三个代表”重要思想的要求具有极其重要的现实意义。Mao Ze-dong and the Jing Kang-shan period, put forward a boundary party, who attached importance to the cadre＇s education of CCP in series of theories about the construction of the cadre forces and put them into practice.The theories and practice of the cadre＇s education at that time had a very importance realistic meaning to profoundly grasping and earnestly fulfilling the requests of the important thoughts of ＂the Three Represents＂.
