摘　　要：大学生思想道德状况如何,直接关系到中华民族的整体素质,关系到社会主义事业的兴衰成败。高校政工人员队伍建设如何,政工人员综合素质的高低,关系到高校培养社会主义“四有”新人重要任务能否落实。作为高校政工人员必须要有高尚的人格,有较强的专业素质,才能做到以理服人,把思想政治工作真正落到实处。The situation of college students＇ thoughts and moral quality is concerned with the quality of the whole people in China and the cause of socialism. The team work and the quality of the political workers in colleges are concerned with the work of cultivating college students with ＂FOUR HAVEs＂. Politcal workers in colleges should have noble character, speciality qulity to do their work well.
