摘　　要：本文在总结以往台风预报经验的基础上［1］，应用数值预报产品释用中的PP法，建立了江苏省台风暴雨预报工具，通过利用T63模式产品的试报检验，工具具有一定实用价值。Under the TC forecast experience in the past, using the pp method of numerical forecast product interpretation, we set up the Jiangsu TC heavy Rain Forecast system. Examining it by uslng T63 Model products, we proved the system is practical, and, it has bright application future.
