摘 要:以太湖为研究对象,测定了富营养程度不同的点位沉积物中碱性磷酸酶活力(APA)的垂向变化,并同步测定了相应柱状沉积物中各磷形态的含量,分析了酶活力与各磷形态的相关性。结果表明,在同一湖泊,不同点位沉积物中碱性磷酸酶活力大小不同,酶活力分布与沉积物的污染程度和沉积环境有关,污染程度高、水动力条件差、水体交换能力弱的点位酶活力高。酶活力在垂直方向上的分布呈现一定规律性,最大值出现在湖泊沉积物的最表层,且随采样深度的增加而递减。酶活力大小与磷形态相关性表明,与碱性磷酸酶活力最具相关性的是总磷(P<0.05),其次是无机磷(P<0.1),其相关性在水动力条件差的点位尤为显著,与总有机磷的相关性在不同点位则差异很大。The vertical variations of alkaline phosphatase activity (APA) in 4 kinds of sediment that represented different nutrient levels of Taihu Lake were determined and the phosphorus forms in the sediment cores were analyzed simultaneity. The relationship between the APA and the phosphorus forms were studied. APA in the sediment varied with different sites even in the same lake, and was correlated with the contamination level and surroundings of the sediment. APA was generally highest at the surface of the sediments and decreased with increasing depth. There was a positive relationship between the APA and the total phosphorus (P〈0.5) and inorganic phosphorus (P〈0.1), especially at the site where the hydrodynamic condition of the lake was not good. The correlation between the APA and the organic phosphorus also depended on the sampling sites.
