Effect of Iron and Nitrogen Mixed Fertilizers on the Content of Fe,Zn,Ca,Mg and Protein in Brown Rice

摘  要:采用盆栽试验,探索了叶面喷施硫酸亚铁、氨基酸和尿素籼稻(OryzasativaL.)“浙农952”糙米中铁积累的效应,及混配喷施铁肥对糙米中锌、钙、镁含量和蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,喷施不同配比的铁氮混配肥料对糙米中铁、锌、钙、镁和蛋白质的含量有明显不同的影响。喷施0.1%FeSO·47H2O+0.4%氨基酸+0.2%尿素混配肥(处理8)后“,浙农952”糙米中的铁含量最高,为10.28mg·kg-1,与对照相比提高了57.67%,达到差异显著水平,同时糙米的锌、钙、镁及蛋白质的含量也分别提高了12.45%、12.77%、5.82%和11.98%,明显改善了稻米的营养品质。Most research on foliar application of Fe has focused on the alleviation of iron deficiencies of the plants up to now. There was no substantial literature available on the effect of iron, fertilizer applied as a foliar spray, on the concentrations of iron and other micro and macro nutrients within the crop seeds. So the effects of foliar application of ferrous sulphate, amino acid and urea mixed fertilizers on the Fe accumulation and on the content of Zn, Ca, Mg and the crude protein in brown rice of indica 'Zhenong 952' were studied using pot experiment. The results showed that the different mixed fertilizers of Fe and N had distinct effects on the accumulation of Fe, Zn, Ca and Mg and on the content of the crude protein in brown rice. Among the mixed fertilizers, the best effect was observed in the treatment 8 with 0.1%FeSO4·7H2O+0.4%Amino acid+0.2%Urea, and the iron concentration in brown rice was enhanced to 10.28 mg.kg^-1 and there was a significant dif- ference compared to the control (6.52 mg.kg-l), the concentration of Zn, Ca and Mg in 'Zhenong 952' brown rice were also improved by 12.45%, 12.77% and 5.82% respectively, and the crude protein was increased by 11.98% compared to the control. So the nutritional quality in brown rice was improved.
