前睾吸虫亚科的研究(吸虫纲:半尾科)

摘　　要：本文介绍了半尾科前睾亚科吸虫的发现、变迁和研究历史。在半尾科中仅有该亚科的虫种是睾丸均在腹吸盘之前,并依两性管和受精囊的有无等特征分为前睾属和拟前睾属两属。文内还叙述了一个新种,天津前睾吸虫Prosorchis tianjinensis sp. nov. 并讨论了新种与前黄前睾吸虫、西沙前睾吸虫两近似种的区别。本亚科原来虫种均系海产鱼寄生虫,惟我们这个新种发现于淡水鱼黄鳝,扩大了该类吸虫宿主的分布范围。In this paper a new species of the trematodes belonging to the genus Prosorchis Yamaguti, 1934 is described as follows: Prosorchis tianjinensis sp. nov. (fig. 1)Host Monopterus albits (Zuiew).Location Intestine.Locality Tianjin (N39°, E117°), China.Date March, 1937.Description Body cylindrical, 3.235 mm in length and 0.829 mm in width. Oral sucker subterminal, 0.345× 0323 mm. Acetabulum 0.617 × 0.677 mm, situated at about middle of body. Pharynx elliptical, 0.152×0.172 mm. Oesophagus short, intestinal ceca terminating near posterior end of tail.Testes diagonal, pre-acetabulum, anterior testis 0.283×0.273mm, posterior one 0.344× 0.243 mm. Seminal vesicle inflated, 0.394×0.192 mm, situated in front of testes, pars prostatica developed, ductus hermaphroditicus short, genital pore behind pharynx.Ovary 0.283 × 0.303 mm, situated behind of acetabulum, reccptaculum siminis lying in anterior left of ovary. Vitellaria consisting of 4-5 convolute tubules on each side and extending to a short distance from posterior end of body. Uterus extending posteriorly, along right side of ovary, and at 0.73 mm from posterior end of body, turning up forwards to genital pore. Eggs oval 33-36×15-18m.Discussion: This new species differs from any of the known species of the genus Prosor-chis in host being only a species distributed in freshwater. It, most closely related to P. pro-vitellatus and P. xishaensis, differs from P. proviiellatus in (1) size of body, (2) ratio of oral sucker and acetabulum, (3) position of acetabulum, (4) distribution of vitellaria gland, and (5) eggs larger; differs from P. xishaensis in (1) size of body, (2) ovary reniform, (3) seminal vesicle narrow elongate and sinuous, (4) distribution of vitellaria gland, and (5) size of eggs.
