摘 要:为了使龙门移动式镗铣床加工中心能保持同步进给驱动,采用2台相同的直线电机作为龙门柱纵向同步进给的驱动机构,应用了负载动态补偿设计,大大减小了由于等效惯量改变而产生的同步性能下降.同时在速度环中加入模糊PID控制器,有效地利用了模糊控制不完全依赖对象模型、控制迅速、鲁棒性好的特点,提高了同步控制精度.仿真结果表明系统性能良好,并能实现快速精确同步.In order to keep synchronous feed drive for gantry-moving milling machine center, two same linear motors are applied as drive mechanisms of synchronous feed. For effectively minishing the deterioration of the performance of the system, which is produced by the influence of the equivalent inertia, the dynamic compensated method is adopted. And the fuzzy PIE) controller is introduced in the velocity loop of the system. The characteristic of the fuzzy control, such as the independent on the plant model, fast control and stronger robustness have been effectively utilized. The synchronous control precision is enhanced. The simulation results show that the performance of the system is better and the fast synchronous feed can be implemented.
