摘　　要：在综述神经氨酸酶抑制剂发展现状的基础上,重点介绍了奥斯米韦的合成研究进展:以(-)-奎尼酸、(-)-莽草酸、D-甘露糖和由苯及其衍生物为原料合成奥斯米韦的方法;烯类化合物经Diels-Alder反应合成奥斯米韦的方法.This paper summarizes the synthetic methods of inhibitors of neuraminidase oseltamivir. It includeds the chiral synthesis route from （--）-quinic acid, （--）-shikimic acid and D-mannose, the synthesis route from benzene or benzoic acid and the synthesis route based on the Diels-Alder reaction.
