术中包埋兔肝肿瘤增殖和转移的血管依赖性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究兔肝肿瘤增生和转移的血管依赖特性。方法:采用术中包埋法建立兔VX_2肝肿瘤模型,大体解剖和HE染色观察并辅以超声监测,观察肿瘤生长和血管内侵袭及全身转移过程。结果:兔VX_2肝肿瘤沿肝血窦侵袭增生,血供不足肿瘤中心发生坏死,血供建立后生长加速;并出现间质内、血管和肝被膜血管转移,肺脏、肾脏转移,广泛腹腔转移伴全身衰竭导致动物死亡。结论:兔肝肿瘤增生和血管转移呈血管依赖性。Objective：To evaluate angiogenesis depending characteristics of carcinoma proliferation and metastasis. Methods： The animal model of the VX2 tumor in the rabbit liver was set up by surgery operation, the course of tumor growth and blood vessel invasion were observed by anatomy and HE staining pathology as well as ultrasound diagnosis. Results： The carcinoma grew through hepatic sinusoid. The central of tumor showed necrosis without enough blood supply while tumor grew rapidly after tumor angiogenesis. Metastasis were fourd in blood vessels in hepatic interstitial tissue,blood vessels in hepatic capsule and important organs such as lungs, kidneys, abdominal cavity. Conclusion：Proliferation and metastasis of rabbit VX2 hepatic carcinoma depends on tumor angiogenesis.
