摘　　要：本文基于测量控制网的精度和可靠性从理论上得到的结论,通过对平面控制网的试验与计算,总结出一定规律,供平面网的优化设计和质量评估参考.Based on the conclusions drawn from the theory of the precision and reliability of the surveying control network , and by the testing and calculation of the horizontal control network , this paper summarizes a certain law. It serves as a reference for the optimum design and quality assessment of the horizontal control nework.
