摘　　要：文章提出了矿井提升机控制系统的安全综合控制策略,重点阐述了这种控制策略的总体结构、功能模块及实现的基本原理。安全控制策略的一个主要特征是综合考虑内部故障、外部环境以及人员误操作等多种因素对系统安全性的影响。在系统的实现上,采用了多种技术相结合的方法,对保证矿井提升机安全、高效和经济运行具有重要意义。The paper provided the comprehensive safety control strategy of the mine hoist control system, The paper stated the general structure, function blocks and basic principle of the control strategy, The main feature of the safety control strategy is to comprehensively consider the influences of the inner fault, outer environment, personnel wrong operations and other factors to the system safety, In the practices of the system, multi technologies combined method are adopted, which could be important meanings to ensure the safety, high efficiency and economy of the mine hoist.
