摘　　要：分析了网络不文明现象存在的本质,阐述了高校电子阅览室在网络道德建设中的使命与责任,提倡树立社会主义荣辱观,加强管理,引导读者文明上网,使电子阅览室成为文明上网的典范.The article analyzes essence of the uncivilized phenomena on the Intemet, elaborates the mission and the responsibility of electronics reading room in intemet moral construction in colleges and universities, and advocates building up the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, strengthening the management of the electronic-reading room, guiding the readers＇ civilized surfing on the intemet so as to make the electronic reading room become the model for civihzed surfing on the intemet.
