摘 要:伴随着经济的不断发展,服务业已经逐渐超过制造业而成为经济的主导产业。知识密集型服务企业以提供知识作为服务的一种方式,是服务行业的一个重要分支。通过深入开发和应用企业的知识.运用知识共享和知识转移,促进了自身和其他企业的创新活动,在整个创新体系中担当了重要的角色。本文从分析知识密集型服务企业的成长背景入手,构建了这类企业的成长路径三阶段模型,希望为这类企业的发展起到总结和指导作用,并引发对此类企业理论研究的关注。Following the development of economy, the service industry has already exceeded the manufacturing industry and has been one country' s leading industry. Providing knowledge is the service way of Knowledge-Intensive business services (KIBS). KIBS are the important branch in the service industries. Through knowledge sharing, knowledge shifting, developing and using the knowledge of enterprises deeply, KIBS have promoted the innovation activities of one's own and other enterprises, have taken on the important role in the whole innovative system. This dissertation starts with analyzing KIBS ' characteristics, development background and pattern of establishment, construct the three-phase model of development path, hopes to play a summarizing and guiding role for the development of this kind of enterprise, and wants to cause the concern of theoretical research about this kind of enterprise.
