综合治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药配合针刺、西药治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法采用益气养阴活血汤加味并配合针刺、西药治疗急性脑梗死32例(综合组),并设单纯中药组32例、单纯西药组31例作为对照;比较各组疗效及治疗前后血液流变性、血脂的变化。结果各组治疗后血液流变性及血脂均有改善,尤以综合组明显;各组疗效比较亦以综合组为佳。结论综合治疗急性脑梗死有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of the Combined Therapy of TCM and WM （Chinese herbs, acupunctur and western medicine） for cerebral infarction in acute stage. Methods： 32 patient were treated by pre - said three methods at the same time, 32 by Chinese herbs only and 21 by western medicine only. The change of blood transfusion and serum lipoids were surveyed respectively on pretreated and treated cases, and each comparative group as well. Results： It turned out that the levels of serum lipids and blood transfusion got much improved, especially for the group combining three methods. There seemed to be better therapeutic effects for the combined therapy group comparing with other groups. Conclusion： Better therapeutic effects was proved to be for the patients with cerebral in farction in acute stage, by the Therapy of Combined TCM and WM.
