金牛腹痛片对幽门结扎消化性溃疡大鼠保护因子的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨金牛腹痛片对消化性溃疡保护因子的作用。方法采用幽门结扎法造成大鼠消化性溃疡模型,随机分为四组。造模结束后处死动物,抽取大鼠胃液,采用放免法测定胃液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、表皮生长因子(EGF)的水平。结果金牛腹痛片明显增加消化性溃疡大鼠胃液中的PGE2含量和EGF含量,与硫糖铝对照组相近。结论金牛腹痛片具有促进消化性疡保护因子的作用,通过诱导内源性前列腺素E2的合成与释放和促进表皮生长因子的产生,可能为其增强黏膜保护作用的机制之一。Objective： To explore the protective functions of linniufutong Tablet（JN,金牛腹痛片） against peptic ulcer. Methods： Experimental study gastric ulcer models were established through the ligation of pylorus in mice. These model mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, Model mice were put to death, and their gastric juice were collected and prostaglandin E2（PGE2）, epidermal growth factor （EGF） levels were determined through radioim- munoassay （RIA） . Results： PGE： and PGE21evels of the gastric juice of mice were improved by JN tablet but no difference with those of sucralfate control group, Conclusion： JN has effect on promoting protective factors of PU. Inducing synthesis and release of intrinsic PGE2 and promoting production of EGF may be one of the mechanisms of JN effect on protecting gastric muosa.
