摘 要:威海湾位于山东半岛北部,海湾南北长约9km,东西宽约7km。由于人口增加和工业迅速发展,1989年开始威海湾南部投入开发,排海污染物大增,造成海湾局部地区超标,超过海洋物理自净能力,形成污染。本文依据海上实测潮流和COD资料,利用数学模型计算的威海湾潮流分布和物质扩散特征,讨论了威海湾南部纳污量,指出威海湾西部海域潮流较小,海洋物理自净能力弱,近岸一些地区纳污量已达到或接近饱和,今后新开发区大量污水排海应选在潮流比较强的湾外海域,通过深海排放更有利。Weihai Bay is situated in the northeast of the Shandong Peninsula, extending about 9 km in length from south to north and about 7km in width from east to west. Since 1989, owing to the increase in population and rapid development of industry, the south of Weihai Bay has been put into development and the pollutants discharged into sea greatly increased in quantity, thus causing the pollutants in local areas to exceed the standards and physical self-purification ability of the sea, and resulting in pollution.Based upon the observed tide and COD data, this paper discussed the pollution loading amount of the south of Weihai Bay by making use of the distribution of tide and the features of diffused materials calculated with a mathematical model. This paper also pointed out that the tide in western waters of Weihai Bay is fairly small and physical self-purification ability is so weak that the pollution loading amount in some inshore areas has already reached or approached to saturation. Hereafter, in discharging large quantities of sewage into sea from newly developed zones, it is more advantageous to select waters outside the bay where tide is relatively stronger to discharge the sewage into deep sea.
