多爱肤防治压疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多爱肤治疗晚期癌症患者压疮的效果。方法将42例晚期癌症患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各21例,对照组采用传统的局部吹氧加复合庆大霉素湿敷治疗,而多爱肤组采用多爱肤外贴创面治疗,观察记录两组患者创面愈合情况。结果多爱肤治疗Ⅰ期Ⅱ期压疮的疗效与传统方法相比,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),但对Ⅲ期压疮的治疗效果欠佳,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多爱肤治疗Ⅰ期Ⅱ期压疮优于传统方法,Ⅲ期压疮建议用藻酸钙钠盐纤维敷料填充后再外贴多爱肤。多爱肤治疗压疮不仅减少压疮治愈时间,减轻患者痛苦,而且降低护士工作量。Objective To investigate the application of DuoDERM to decubital ulcer in advanced cancer patients. Methods 42 patients were randomly divided equally into two groups： control group and DuoDERM group. The patients in control group were treated with local blowing oxygen combined with wet packing using gentamycin, but the patients in DuoDERM group were treated with DuoDERM extra-pasting on raw surface. Healing of raw surface was observed and recorded at any time. Results Therapeutic effect of phase Ⅰ to Ⅱ decubital ulcer treated with DuoDERM was better than that with traditional methods significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）, but for phase Ⅲ decubital ulcer, there was no significant difference between these two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Therapeutic effect of decubital ulcer treated with DuoDERM is better than that with traditional method. It not only decreases healing period, hut also lessens the anguish of patients. Besides, it reduces the work load of nudes, so DuoDERM is an eligible therapeutic medicine for decubitul ulcer in the advanced cancer patients.
