摘　　要：探讨企业危机信息管理的涵义以及企业开展危机信息管理的重要意义,指出企业危机管理过程实质上是一个危机信息的采集、加工、传递、分析、利用、公开和反馈的信息管理过程,提出企业只有将危机管理与信息管理相融合,以信息管理连接和支撑整个危机管理过程,才能更有效地预防和化解危机。Based on the definition of enterprise crisis information, this paper studies the concept and importance of enterprise crisis information management, and it puts forth that the enterprise crisis management is actually an information management process of crisis information collection, processing, transmission, analysis, utilization, disclosure and feedback. Then it also points out that the enterprises can prevent enterprises from crises successfully only if they make the crisis management infergrated with the information management, and connect and support the whole crisis management process with the information management.
