摘　　要：研究了一种以动物蹄角为主要原料生产发泡剂的新工艺,得到蹄角蛋白的最佳水解温度为110℃,水解时间10 h。此外,选择与其他的不同试剂进行复合配比,并对其性能及制得的泡沫水泥制品进行研究,得出最佳复合配比为1:1．5。A new technology of foaming agent prepared with animal hoof and horn as main raw materials was developed. The optimal hydrolysis temperature for protein of animal hoof and horn gained by investigation was 110℃, duration of hydrolysis was 10hrs. In addition, compounded proportions of other foaming compounds were tried and study was made of their properties as well as foamed concrete resulting in optimum compounded proportion as 1：1.5.
