摘　　要：CMM等级评定已成为软件企业竞争的核心,本文通过对CMM和当前我国软件开发企业普遍存在的问题的说明,论述我国软件企业要迅速崛起并走向世界的必由之路,以及采用CMM所应注意的问题,并且分别对CMM的等级及体系设计进行了分析。With the core description of the evaluation, the CMM rank has become the standard of software enterprise competition. With the current existence question explanation of our country software development enterprise, the paper elaborates software enterprise in our country must rapidly develop and move towards the world. It also describe the way that must be taken as well ＂as the questions which CMM should pay attention to, and separately carried on the analysis to the CMM rank and the system design.
