摘 要:提出了一个分析浇口位置对熔接痕影响的方法。通过编写程序,自动改变浇口位置,然后调用Moldflow进行注塑模拟,最后提取模拟分析的相关结果,计算熔接痕的总长度。通过比较相应于各浇口位置的熔接痕长度,确定哪些浇口位置较易于产生熔接痕,从而为确定最佳浇口位置提供有益的参考。This paper presents a method to explore the implications of gate location on weld lines. This is achieved by changing the gate location ,activating the relevant Moldflow functional modules to carry out the flow analysis,retrieving the weld lines from Mold flow analysis results, and finally,calculating the total length of the weld lines generated from the flow process, all of which are automated by computer programs developed by the authors. By comparing the lengths of the weld lines corresponding to all the gate locations intended by the user or designer, the quantitative implications of gate location on weld lines are thus derived. This offers a valuable guidance or reference to the user or designer, to help them decide the optimal gate location.
