摘　　要：中小企业是推动我国经济发展的重要力量,在社会协调发展方面发挥着重要作用。但是由于受外部环境和企业自身条件的双重制约,很多中小企业遇到发展瓶颈。笔者认为通过外部资源整合,能为中小企业的成长开辟一条蹊径。本文提出了虚拟经营,整合中立第三方,利用广泛的俱乐部,参与政府规划四个主要的整合途径,提供了企业整合外部资源的理论方法和现实依据。Small and medium enterprise is a crucial factor for economic development and social stability in our country. As restricted by the environment and self- condition, many small and medium enterprises have to face the bottleneck problems in their development. The paper holds that the enterprises can find a short cut for further growth by means of external resources integration and puts forward four major methods for resources integration including virtual management, independent party integration, taking part in clubs and participating in government plan, which can serve as theoretical methodology and practical basis for such integration.
