摘　　要：基层党组织的先进性是党的先进性题中之义,保持党的先进性必须保持和增强党的基层组织的先进性。开展先进性教育是高校党建的根本任务和重要课题,加强党的先进性建设,必须创新高校基层党组织建设。To maintain the Party＇s advancedness has to keep and reinforce the advancedness of the Party grass - root organization. The basic and important task in the Party construction in colleges is to conduct the education on advancedness. To strengthen the Party＇s advancedness construction, innovation shall be encouraged in the construction of the Party grass- root organization.
