摘 要:在生命的新陈代谢和自我复制过程中,蛋白质起着异乎寻常的作用。随着分形概念及理论的广泛应用和向分子生物学的渗透,人们从单个蛋白质的研究上升到对蛋白质网络的研究。利用最大流原理从动力学角度探讨了蛋白质大分子网络的分形结构形成过程的机理。In life metabolism and self-copy process, the protein is playing the unusual role. Since the middle period of 19th century, the scholar always has not stopped to study the protein fractal characteristic rigid exploration. Along with the widespread of fractal concept and theory and its application in molecular biology, the research has been richened from the single protein to the protein network. In this article from the maximal-flux principle driven mechanics, the mechanism of the formed process of protein macro-molecule network fractal structure was discussed.
