摘　　要：对技术创新扩散系统的委托—代理关系进行了研究,构建了基于委托—代理关系的技术创新扩散激励机制的分析框架,在此基础上分析了风险投资家、企业家及科技人员之间的双重委托—代理关系的激励冲突。The aim of this text is to research the entrust- act relationship in the technique innovative proliferation system, setting up an analytical framework for the technique innovative proliferation incentive mechanism according to the entrust- act relationship, based on such a foundation, the text analyses the incentive conflict of the double entrust - act relationship among the risking investors, entrepreneurs and technologists.
