摘 要:利用数字图像相关方法(DICM),测定了双轴拉伸试验条件下Précontraint 1202 Fluotop T2膜材的力学性能,并分析了该膜材的徐变特性。采用CCD及其计算机处理系统,实时获取变形前后膜材表面图像,对变形前后的图像进行相关运算获得应变;确定了膜材的弹性模量和泊松比及徐变时的应变-时间关系。测试及分析结果表明该方法为膜材力学性能的检测研究提供了新的途径。Digital image correlation method (DICM) is employed to measure the mechanical behavior of Précontraint 1202 Fluotop T2 membrane materials under biaxial tension. Moreover, the creep tests are also carried out and the corresponding creep properties are analyzed. In this method, images of the membrane surface are captured in real-time by CCD and corresponding computer system. And DICM is subsequently used to obtain large strain by correlating the images captured before and after deformation. Based on the strain obtained by DICM, modulus of elasticity, Poisson's ratio and relation of the strain-time in the state of creep are measured respectively. Test and analytic results show clear evidence of the feasibility and advantages of DICM in measuring the tension behavior of membrane materials, which indicates that DICM is a new approach to test and investigate the mechanical behavior of membrane materials.
