COMBINED INTRACRANIO-FACIAL APPROACH FOR REMOVAL OF TUMORS INVOLVING OR NEAR ANTERIOR CRANIAL BASE

摘　　要：１９８６～１９９５年间以颅内—面联合进路治疗累及或邻近前颅底部肿瘤１２例，其中颅—面联合进路７例及额—面联合进路５例。１２例中恶性７例，良性５例。随访３～１０８个月，良性者效果良好，均无复发；恶性者３例无瘤健在１～５年，另４例术后３～３６个月因局部复发及／或远处转移死亡。本文还讨论了颅内—面进路手术的优点、适应症、术式的选择与手术并发症。patients with tumor involving or near the anterior cranial base were treated by the combined intracranio facial approach from 1986 to 1995 Resection of tumor was performed by the combined craniofacial approach in 7 cases and the combined frontofacial approach in 5 cases Among those patients there were 5 benign cases and 7 malignant cases By 3 to 108 months follow up,all cases were in good health and no recurrence in the benign group Three out of 7 patients with malignant tumors were free of tumors for 1-5 years and 4 cases died of tumor recurrence and metastasis 3 to 36 months after operation The advantages of intracranio facial approach, indications, selection of approaches and operative complications were discussed
