无功能性胰岛细胞瘤神经降压素的免疫组织化学检查

摘　　要：①目的探讨神经降压素（ＮＴ）与无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的关系。②方法应用免疫组织化学方法对９例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤进行神经降压素标记。③结果９例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤中神经降压素阳性者７例，占７８％．阳性颗粒主要分布于肿瘤细胞胞浆内，一些透明样细胞胞膜及柱状细胞顶浆也可见阳性颗粒。④结论该类肿瘤能够合成或分泌神经降压素。Objective To study the relationship between nonsecreting islet cell tumors of pancrease and neurotensin(NT). Method Nine cases of nonsecreting islet cell tumors were studied by immunohistochemical method. Result Seven out of nine cases were positive for NT. The NT granules were distributed in the cytoplasm of the tumor cell. Conclusion The results suggested that the tumors synthesize and secrete NT. So the name nonsecreting pancreatic islet cell tumor needs further considering.
