腹腔穿刺置管引流治疗老年高龄急性重症胰腺炎3例

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔穿刺置管引流对高龄急性重症胰腺炎伴腹腔积液病人的治疗作用。方法通过对3例高龄急性重症胰腺炎病人进行腹腔穿刺置管引流为主的综合治疗,观察其疗效。结果3例病人均在较短的时间内康复,在治疗过程中病人病情平稳,虽有脏器功能不全和全身、局部感染的发生,但很快都被纠正、治愈,无穿刺置管相关的并发症发生。结论腹腔穿刺置管引流治疗高龄急性重症胰腺炎具有创伤小、安全有效的特点,确实为一种有效的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the efficiency of the belly drainage by abdominal puncture and laying drainage tube in the treatment of advanced age patients with severe acute panereatitis. Methods Three advanced age patients with severe acute pancreatitis were treated with the belly drainage by abdominal puncture and laying drainage tube besides general therapy. The efficiency was observed and analysed. Results Three advanced age patients were cured in a short time. During treatment, the patients＇condition were stable. There were general or local infection and organ dysfunction in each patient, but they were controlled in a short time. No puncture or drainage complication occurred. Conclusion The treatment of the belly drainage by abdominal puncture and laying drainage tube has a character of small trauma, safe and curative. It is a curative way to treat advanced age patients with severe acute pancreatitis.
