摘 要:为了提高企业资源规划(ERP)实施的成功率和效率,提出了一种制造企业资源规划实施能力的评测方法.通过解耦分析建立了ERP分步实施模型,依据平衡记分法构建了ERP实施能力评测指标体系,运用层次分析-模糊综合评价方法实现了体系的实施能力评测.给出了ERP实施能力与ERP分步实施模型的对应关系,对照企业的评测结果找出差距,确定影响ERP实施的瓶颈因素,进而分析原因和提出针对性的改进措施.A quantitative technique for evaluating the implementation capacity of enterprise resource planning (ERP) was developed to improve the efficiency and success rate of ERP implementation of manufacturing enterprises. A stepped ERP implementation model was presented and an implementation capacity evaluation architecture was designed by using balanced scorecard (BSC). Then analytic hierarchy processes (AHP)-comprehensive fuzzy evaluation theory was used to quantitatively calculate the ERP implementation capacity, and the relationship between the calculation result and the phase of the stepped implementation model was also established. According to the evaluated implementation capacity, the critical success factors were found out and the corresponding effective measures were provided for guiding the ERP implementation processes. Finally, the proposed technique was illustrated by a case study of ERP implementa- tion process in an enterprise.
