摘　　要：以明确现行医疗机构经济政策作用和效果为目的,从现行政策影响和政策完善的角度出发,提出医疗机构经济政策应突破的关键环节,以便使政策能够在尚不完善的市场条件下对医疗卫生服务提供起到更有效地导向和调控作用。In order to ascertain the function and effect of present economic policy of medical institution, this paper propose the essential tache which the economic policy of medical institution should break through in the aspect of present policy＇s influence and improvement. This enables the policy to provide effective guidance and regulative function to the medical health service under the imperfect market condition.
