摘 要:对灯光围网调查船2002-2005年的渔业生产调查资料、舟山市渔业统计资料和浙江省海洋水产研究所历年来的上层鱼监测资料进行了研究和分析,结果表明:2002~2005年,浙江省群众灯光围网渔业的作业渔场主要集中在28°~32°N、122°~125°E之间的海域,渔期一般为每年的7~9月;鲐鲹鱼占总渔获的年均比例为98.97%;根据历史资料粗略推算,调查海域鲐鲹鱼等中上层鱼类的资源量约为12×104t,最大持续产量为5.8~6.7 t,最佳捕捞船数315组左右。目前,东海北部渔场的鲐鲹鱼资源已有被过度开发利用的迹象,灯光围网渔船发展速度过于迅猛。建议今后对灯光围网渔业的管理应由过去的扶持、鼓励向有序化、规范化的方向转变。The article studied and analyzed the data of the investigative fishing vessel from 2002 to 2005, fisheries statistical data of Zhoushan and sequential monitoring data of Mackerel and Scad from marine fisheries research institute of Zhejiang Province. The results showed that the fishing ground of Mackerel and Scad mainly distributed in 28°-32°N, 122°-125°E, and fishing period was usually July to September, yearly average ratio of Mackerel and scad was 98.97 % from 2002 to 2005. According to the early rearch result of others, the fishery resources of Mackerel and Scad are 120 thousand tons. MSY is 58-67 thousand tons and fmsy is about 315 vessel groupsMeanwhile, it seemed that the resources of Macherel and Scad in the northern fishing ground of the East China Sea had been over-exploited, and the number of light seining vessels increased too fast. Thus, it is suggested that the administration should be transformed from previous encourage to well-ordered and standard practice.
