舟山市渔农村新社区图书馆(室)状况实证调查

摘　　要：舟山市在“海岛百花”乡镇文化创建工程中,40%的渔农村新社区已陆续建立72个新社区图书馆(室),并开展书刊流通及其他特色服务。但经费短缺、馆舍不足、藏书量少质差、管理落后等问题亟待解决。为此,要把图书馆建设纳入渔农村小康社会建设的总体目标,统筹解决经费来源,稳定管理队伍,实行市区县馆际资源共享,多方满足基层群众的文化需求。Since Zhoushan hunched the cultural program in towns and districts, 72 libraries have been established in Zhoushan＇s rural and fishery communities, accounting for 40% of the total number of the new communities. All these＇libraries have started their service yet are faced with the problems such as the shortage of funds, the limited space, the poor quality of the books, and backward management, which call for emergent solutions. Therefore, in order to meet people＇s cultural need, the development of the libraries should be taken into consideration in the overall plan for building well-off society in the rural and fishery areas so that these new libraries can solve the problems such as funds and personnel, and share the resources with libraries in the urban areas.
