摘　　要：结合《中华人民共和国海事诉讼特别程序法》相关条文和海事诉讼司法实践,分析探讨了海事法院裁定强制拍卖船舶公告发布后或海事法院受理设立海事赔偿责任限制基金公告发布后,登记债权的确权程序中存在的几个问题,指出了法律规定中的矛盾和不足之处,提出了相应的立法修改的建议。Combining the relevant articles of the Chinese Special Maritime Procedure Law with the maritime judicial practice, analyzed several legal issues concerning the procedures for affirming creditors＇ rights registered after the maritime court＇s public announcement of compulsory auction of a ship or of accepting application for constituting a limitation fund for maritime claims under the Chinese Special Maritime Procedure Law; pointed out the contradictions and shortcomings of the provisions of the Chinese Special Maritime Procedure Law regarding the procedures for affirming creditors＇ registered rights; and, at the end, gave some suggestions for revising the related provisions of the Chinese Special Maritime Procedure Law.
