摘　　要：科学与伦理是一对相伴相生的关系,两者相互依存又相互制约,胚胎干细胞的研究既存在科学问题也存在伦理问题,找到了两者的平衡点,将会使胚胎干细胞的技术和科学更加完善,同时也会使伦理和法规更加成熟。分析了胚胎干细胞技术与伦理的碰撞以及由此引发的思考。Science and ethics always co- exist and interact with each other. Besides scientific and academic issues, ethical and moral ones are also involved in the embryonic research. The main purpose of ethics is to guide the development of modern medicine into the correct direction and make it serve us in a better way. This article will analyze the above contradiction and some further reflections.
