摘　　要：社会转型期,成人高等教育应立足于为地方经济建设培养一线急需的应用性、操作型人才。为此,应按职业岗位要求和学员认知规律构建课程体系,创新教学方法和手段,强化实践教学环节,实施弹性学制,建立与教学同步的评价体系和考核标准,加强管理人员和师资队伍建设。In the period of social transformation, the adult higher education in China should pay attention to cultivate applied and operational talents that the production frontier need urgently for the construction of regional economy. To achieve the objective, school should build curriculum system according to the demand of professional posts and learners＂ cognitive principle, innovate teaching methods and measures, strengthen practice teaching step, carry out elastic learning system, etc.
