摘 要:S-RNase在配子体型自交不亲和性反应中起关键作用,HV区段被认为是雌蕊与花粉间特异识别的关键部位。应用生物信息学方法,对蔷薇科植物的S-RNase序列分析,并对HV区段一级结构邻近区和空间邻近区作物理化学性质分析,发现HV区C端的一段氨基酸序列符合蛋白质相互作用位点的特征;HVP区也是一个多态性区段,可能参与分子识别过程。因此,蔷薇科植物中,S-RNase与花粉S基因产物的作用方式可能为S-RNase的HVC区与花粉S基因产物先非特异性结合,再以HV区和HVP区进行分子间特异识别。S-RNase plays a key role in Gametophytic Self-incompatibility. The HV domain of S-RNase amino acid sequence was viewed as the key site of specific-recognition between molecules. This article applied research results and methods of bioinformatics in analysis of some S-RNases of several species of, including multisequence alignment, prediction of secondary structure and analysis of some physiochemical features of HV domain and its two flank domains, the domain between C1 and C2. It was discovered the feature of a segment located in the C-terminal flanking of HV domain fits the requirements of protein-protein interaction ; the HVP domain may involves specific-recognition except HV domain. In the reaction of S-RNase-based Gametophytic Self-incompatibility, the possible way of interaction between S-RNase and the product of pollen S-gene might be the HVC domain of S-RNase binds to the product of pollen S-gene in a non-specific way, then the reaction of inter-molecules specific recognition occurs in the domain including HV segment and HVP segment of S-RNase.
