摘　　要：TGFβ2(转化因子beta2)是与多种疾病发生和发展相关的多功能肽类,文章就TGFβ2的生物学特点,重点介绍转化生长因子与阿尔茨海默病(AD)的关系及其中医的认知,并简述了转化生长因子在眼科疾病、IgA肾病、硬皮病、先心病等一些疾病上的作用。TGFβ2 is a muhifunctional peptide which is related with many kinds of diseases＂ happening to and development. Based on the biology characteristics of TGFβ2 , the paper mainly introduced the relationship between transforming growth factor and Alzheimer disease, and the knowledge of TCM. It is introduced that the effects of TGF on eye diseases, IgA kidney disease, scleroderma, congenital cardiopathy.
