摘　　要：目的探讨急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANLL)患者Th1/Th2极化改变的临床意义。方法采用流式细胞仪检测26例ANLL患者起病时及治疗缓解后外周血CD3+CD8-细胞内IFN-γ和IL-4水平,并与同期28例对照组比较。结果ANLL患者治疗前Th0、Th1细胞和Th1/Th2比值较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),Th2细胞升高(P<0.05),治疗后Th0、Th1细胞和Th1/Th2比值较治疗前显著增高(P<0.01),Th2减低(P<0.05)。结论ANLL的发病可能与Th1/Th2失调有关。Objective To evaluate the role of Th1/Th2 polarization in acute nonlymphocytic leukemia（ANLL）, Methods Twenty -six patients w th ANLL before treatment and 28 healthy controls Were detected for intracellular factors（IFN -γ and IL -4） n OD3^＋ CD8^- cells by flow cytometry. Results The Th0, Th1 and Th1 ：Th2 ratio were significantly de, creased in patients with ANLL before treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ）, while Th2 increased in patients with ANLL before treatment as compared with healthy controls（ P〈 0.05）. After treatment the Th0, Th1 count and Th1/Th2 ratio were significantly increased （P〈0.01） and Th2 was decreased （P〈 0.05） as compared with those patients＇ data before treatment. Conclusion These resuits suggest that a predominant Th2 cytokine profile occurs in the patients with ANLL before treatment. The study of , the balance of Th1/Th2- cytokines expression may be useful as potential disease progression in the patients with ANLL.
