摘 要:目的 了解长沙市中学生营养状况,探讨其影响因素,为干预措施的制定提供科学依据。方法 随机抽取长沙市区四所中学,以11~18岁的所有在校学生为调查对象,测定其身高、体重,应用身高标准体重法判断其营养状况。结果 2006年长沙市中学生肥胖、较低体重和营养不良的检出率均较高(分别为14.0%、40.9%和5.6%),而正常体重检出率低(33.9%),其中男生肥胖(17.8%)、较低体重(43.1%)和营养不良检出率(7.0%)均明显高于女生(10.0%、38.6%、4.1%)。结论 长沙市中学生肥胖和营养不良情况都不容乐观,应积极采取科学、有效的干预措施及时扭转营养状况的不良局面。Objective To investigate the nutritional status of middle school students in Changsha and the related factors, and to provide scientific evidence for exploring measures for intervention. Methods Four middle schools in Changsha urban area were randomly selected and their students aged 11 to 18 years were recruited to measure the body height and weight, and the nutritional status was assessed by the method of weight for height. Results There were higher prevalences of obesity( 14.0% ), underweight(40.9 % ), and malnutrition(5.6% ), but an unreasonable lower rate of normal body weight in Changsha adolescents in 2006. The ratios of obesity(17.8% vs 10%, P〈 0. 001 ), underweight(43. 1% vs 38.6 %, P〈 0.001 ) and malnutrition(7.0 % vs 4. 1 %, P 〈 0.001 ) were significantly higher in boy students than that of girl students. Conclusion The prevalences of obesity and malnutrition are so severe that scientific and effective measures of intervention should be taken to control the disadvantageous complexion.
