血塞通注射液治疗脑梗死疗效观察和对ANP、ET的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察血塞通注射液治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的临床疗效及其对ANP、ET的影响。[方法]96例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组。治疗组64例用血塞通注射液静脉滴注;对照组32例用复方丹参注射液静脉滴注。两组均治疗14d为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组总显效率64.06%,总有效率79.69%。对照组总显效率31.25%,总有效率为81.25%。两组总显效率比较,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,经统计学处理无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]血塞通注射液治疗脑梗死临床疗效确切。[Objective] To explore the total curative effect of Xuesaitong injection on acute cerebral infarction（ACI） and it＇s influences on ANP ＆ ET.[Methods] 96 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 64 cases in the treatment group were treated by Xuesaitong injection, while 32 cases in the control group were treated by compound Dansheng injection. All patients were treated for 14 days. [Results] The rates of prominent effective and total effective were 64.06% , 79.06% respectively in the treatment group, 31.25% and 81. 25% in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference for the prominent effective rates between the two groups（P〈0.05）, but no significant difference for the total effective rates.[Conclusions] Xuesaitong Injection has reliable curative effect on acute cerebral infarction.
