摘　　要：21世纪高等教育的一个显著特点是充分重视受教育者的主体性,最大限度地挖掘他们的潜能,培养他们的创新精神和实践能力。在这样的形势下,建立和完善高校学生自我管理机制,逐渐成为高校思想政治教育工作强化自身功能、适应时代发展的突破口。One of the main features of 21st century higher education is attaching great importance to the subjectivity of the educators,giving full of their potential and cultivating their creative spirit and practical ability. Under this circumstance,to establish and improve college student＇s self-management system has gradually become the breakthrough of college＇s political and ideological science education. With this system, we can further reinforce the function of our college＇s political and ideological science education and adapt ourselves to the development of modern times.
