摘　　要：免疫抑制酸性蛋白（ＩＡＰ）是一种免疫抑制因子，在抑制带瘤宿主机体免疫监视系统中起着重要作用。本文介绍采用单向琼脂免疫扩散法，对多种肿瘤患者、非肿瘤患者及正常人血清ＩＡＰ水平进行检测。结果表明，肿瘤患者血清中的ＩＡＰ水平和异常率明显高于非肿瘤患者及正常人，提示ＩＡＰ可作为多种癌症的诊断、恶变程度以及术后观察、预后的临床参考指标。Immunosuppressive acidic protein(IAP) is one of the immunodepressive factors which has been shown to play an important role in reducing the immune saveillance system in tumor-bearing host[6]. In this paper, levels of serum IAP in patients with various malignant, non-malignant diseases and healthy persons were determind by means of single radial immunodiffusion. The results indicate that levels and rate of abnormality on serum IAP in patients with various cancer were apparently higher than those of non-malignant and healthy objects. Thus, it has been suggested that serum IAP determination may be useful as a clinical parameter in the diagnosis, follow-up and prognosis in patients with various cancers.
