管状骨髓腔内植入式纯钛种植体与骨结合强度的研究

摘  要:目的自行开发设计掌指骨髓腔内骨整合式纯钛螺旋状种植体组件,通过动物实验对种植体一骨组织结合界面进行生物力学研究,为临床中种植体式手指赝复体修复指缺损提供依据。方法将自行研制开发的骨整合式纯钛种植体植入家兔胫骨髓腔内,分别于术后2、4、8、12和16周处死动物取材,进行大体观察和拉应力、压应力检测种植体与骨结合强度。结果种植体与骨可以形成良好的骨性结合,术后12周种植体一骨界面结合强度达到最大,与术后16周差异无统计学意义。结论掌指骨髓腔内骨整合式纯钛螺旋状种植体植入后12周可与骨组织发生骨整合,达到最大结合强度。Objective To develop a type of titanium screw implants and study the interface shear strength between the tibias of adult rabbits and the implant, and to offer a clinical strategy to repair multi-finger amputation. Methods The implants were implanted in the medullary cavity of tibia of rabbits. Tissues of the sacrificed animals were obtained 2, 4, 8, 12, and 16 weeks after surgery and general observation and biomechanical test were performed. Results Implants had significantly greater average interface shear strength 12 and 16 weeks after surgery than other time points. And there was no significant difference in average interface shear strength between 12 and 16 weeks. Conclusion Good osseointegration can form between bone and titanium implant 12 weeks after surgery.
