摘  要:国内首次采用合成肽抗原筛查高危人群血液中的庚型肝炎病毒C(GBV-C)抗体。单采浆站供血者GBV-C抗体阳性率为0.44%(11/2500);非甲-戊型肝炎患者GBV-C抗体阳性率为6.67%(2/30)。抗体阳性血清再用RT-PCR法检测GBV-CRNA。部分扩增产物进行了核苷酸序列测定,其核苷酸序列与Simons等报道的GBV-C序列同源性为89.09%至92.48%。该研究提示,GBV-C可能不是非甲-戊型肝炎的主要致病因子,可能存在GBV-C健康携带者,应尽快研制出GBV-C感染检测试剂盒,以筛选献血员。Peptides of GBV -C were synthized and used to detect GBV -C infection . Antibodies were detected in 0.44%(11/2500 ) blood donors and in 6. 67% (2/30) Non A-E hepatitis patients. The results do not. suggest that GBV-C being the main cause of Non A -E hepatitis. GBV-C RNA was detected in antibodies positive sera. Partial Bene (NS3) of a Chinese GBV-C was sequenced and compared with the corresponding parts of GBV- C, reported by Simons. The nucleotide homology of the region was 89.09% between Chinese GBV-C (ChT2 ) and the GBV -C reported by Simons. The amino acid homology between the two GBV-C was 98. 82% The results also suggest that GBV-C may exist as healthy carriers. It is necessary to develop diagnostic reagents for detecting GBV-C infection and screening blood donors.
