摘 要:本文作者用低剂量辐射(D1)诱导的兴奋效应,探讨对小鼠种植肿瘤及其放疗的影响,结果证明:D1可降低种植肿瘤细胞的成瘤率(P<0.05),并抑制其生长速度(P<0.05);荷瘤鼠局部放疗预先给予D1,可提高放疗效果;并进一步证明:上述改变可能与D1提高了淋巴细胞自发增殖能力,降低电离辐射诱发自由基,提高抗氧化酶活性和增加DNA修复能力有关。We studied the effects of low-dose radiation on tumor-bearing mice and on radiotherapy from hormesis induced by low-dose radiation.The results show that D1 can reduce the tumor rate in mice implanted with tumor cells(P<0.05),and inhibit the tumor growth speed(P<0.05);the effects of radiotherapy on tumor-bearing mice can be enhanced by low-dose radiation.It is further demonstrated that these results are concerned with enhancement of lymphocyte spontaneous proliferation,activity of anti-oxidase,ability of DNA to restore and reduce free radical injury.The above results provide an experimental basis for increasing the efficacy of clinical tumor therapy and alleviating side-effects of radiotherapy.
