摘　　要：大学生就业指导工作关系到学校的生存与发展,是高职院校搞好大学生就业工作的“发动机”。通过对浙江省部分地区和高职院校就业服务体系建立和运行情况的调查,结合我国就业指导服务的实际情况,阐述高职院校就业服务体系与所应具有的功能,探索完善高职院校就业服务体系结构的模式。The employment guiding work of college graduates is of vital importance to the survival and development of a school as an ＂engine＂ for promoting the higher vocational college students＂ employment. On the ground of surveying the system of employment service from its setup to operation in some higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang, together with the actual guiding work service in China, the paper focuses on the functions and the construction of employment service system to seek for a much more perfect model in higher vocational colleges.
