The book recorded the feature of Health cultivation of drink and food of Mongolia, for example, it was key that drink and food must be control if you took good care of one's health, the way of keeping good health must be fit or avoided drink and food and that one or some of five flavor couldn't be partial. It was a example for our learning and study in today.
